We pride ourselves on being as discreet as possible in our approach to filming. Some of our testimonials have noted that they don’t really notice we’re there on the day and we believe that’s the way it should be. We tend to shadow the photographer allowing a more natural feel to our wedding videos.
This is the choice of the client, however we would recommend photography as well as videography. We believe wedding photos are to look back on, whereas wedding videography allows you to relive the day.
We do not charge for any travel, however should the wedding be a certain distance – we may require overnight accommodation.
If a meeting is required, we do ask for this to be over zoom or a phone call. We feel this is more efficient for both the wedding party and us as videographers. We’re more than happy to jump on a call for whenever is best for you guys.
We accept bank transfer, debit card, credit card, PayPal & Klarna.
It’s a £500 deposit which goes towards your remaining balance. The remaining balance however isn’t required until two weeks before your wedding day.
We stay from morning preparations, through to the First Dance (and around 15 minutes afterwards), unless there is a request for a later stay when enquiring.

There will be two camera operators on the day from the Flower in Hand team.
Flower in Hand only provides wedding videography, as opposed to photography too. If there are any stills that you request from any of our footage, this can be provided on request however.
The two camera operators on the wedding day will be in smart casual wear. More often than not; trousers and a smart shirt or polo shirt.
We aim to have the first draft to you within 4-6 weeks, however depending on time of year, the latest we will provide a draft will be 12 weeks at an absolute maximum.
The final wedding film will be delivered via download link. optionally we have an add on service to send out a personalized USB box.
We capture drone/aerial shots for every wedding we film, unless they are forbidden at the chosen venue.
Sound is important for us, so we use various ways in which to record the ceremony and speeches. One of those ways is with the lavalier microphone, which we tend to attach to the groom, vicar, and whoever may be making speeches on the day.
Cancellation can be made at any time, however should the deposit be paid and date confirmed; we cannot refund this.
